You are charged every three or six months based on when you sign up for the wine club. You can check this from My Account’s “Wine Club” page.

Wine will be packed and delivered every three or six months.

If you have chosen a seasonal pack, your wine will be delivered in March, June, September, and December.

Biannual packs are delivered in June and December, or March and September, whichever is closest to the date you sign up.

Note, this schedule may be different to when your payments are processed (as this is based on when you sign up).

Click the ‘Cancel’ button on My Account’s Wine Club Subscription page. You will not be charged. Your account will be shown as Pending Cancellation until the End date. Once passed, you will no longer be able to reactivate your subscription.

To stop payments you can turn off auto-renewal. This will mean you will not automatically be charged when your subscription renews.

When you’re ready to resume, you can log in to My Account and switch your subscription back on.

1. Log in to My Account.
2. Click to the Wine Club Subscription tab.
3. Click “Change Order” in the “Your Wine Club Selection” section.
4. Make changes to the quantity of your selection.
5. Click the “Change Subscription” button.
6. Click the “Proceed to Checkout” button.
7. Review the details then click the “Change Subscription” button.

Important Note: If you were a member of the previous Poachers Wine Club, you will need to cancel your current subscription and sign up for a brand new subscription if you would like to change your selection.
