The Food
The Smokehouse Restaurant is in the heart of the property. The menu focuses on seasonal, regional produce and wines that come from the Poachers Vineyard. We use organic ingredients from our kitchen garden; the herbs and vegetables are picked fresh and delivered straight to the kitchen.
The meats that we cure and smoke are showcased on our Smokehouse Snacks menu and are available to purchase from our Farm Shop before you head home.

Wednesday to Sunday: Executive Chef, Adam Wilson has created a stunning seasonal A la carte sharing menu and Chef’s tasting menu.
Complimentary splash tastings, seated wine tastings, Farm Shop and Cellar door are open Wednesday to Sunday. Group tasting available Mondays and Tuesdays by booking only.
We recommend booking your table for your visit to the restaurant.
Please note, lunch bookings of 9+ adults are required to dine on the $80 per person Chef’s tasting menu.
