Sourced from Hilltops NSW this wine sees guava, nettles and soft lemon sherbet on the nose with a palate of vibrant melon and refreshing acidity.

Winemaking Notes

Destemmed and left on skins for a 24 hour cold soak before being lightly pressed to stainless steel tanks. 

The wine was slowly fermented at cool temperatures. Lightly filtered and bottled in June 2022.

Yet another year of abundant rainfall in the Hilltops NSW wine region, mild and disease free summer conditions produced abundant clean fruit. Sadly our estate vineyard got completely wiped out by a freak hail storm hence the supply from Hilltops.
