Aromas of dark red fruits and soft violets. The pallet is medium-bodied with a delicate spice and tannin structure. Classic French oak provides freshness and length.
Dark plum, tobacco and spice. The palate is medium bodied with red fruits and classy French oak.
Sourced from the Creyke Vineyard in Young, Hilltops NSW. Beautifully spiced with dark cherries, the palate is quite tight, displaying red fruits and chalky tannins.
Plums, cherries and spice leads to a savoury palate with soft persistent tannins.
Pinot Noir 60% Syrah 20% Tempranillo 20%. Spiced red currants, strawberries and mulberries lead to a juicy pallet with bunchy tannins.
A fragrant wine showing macerated strawberries, plums and subtle spice from whole bunch fermentation. Balanced oak with interwoven soft tannins provide length. Pinot has really found its home at Poachers.
