Tasting Notes

Dark plum, tobacco and spice. The palate is medium bodied with red fruits and classy French oak.

Winemaking Notes

Handpicked estate grown fruit was fermented in 2 tonne open top fermenters with 30% whole bunch. Matured in French oak barriques 10% new for 11 months.

Vintage Notes

The 2019 growing season was predominantly warm and dry with below average rainfall. Conditions produced modest yields with great colour and tannins.
