Sourced from Hilltops NSW this wine sees guava, nettles and soft lemon sherbet on the nose with a palate of vibrant melon and refreshing acidity.

Winemaking Notes

Destemmed and left on skins for a 24-hour cold soak before being lightly pressed to stainless steel tanks.

The wine was slowly fermented at cool temperatures, lightly filtered and bottled in June 2023.

Vintage Notes

Yet another year of abundant rainfall in the Hilltops NSW wine region, mild and disease free summer conditions produced abundant clean fruit.

An unseasonably wet winter and spring saw the latest bud burst in our vineyard on record. Once the season finally got started mild conditions produced amazing flavor and laser acidity.
