Pinot Noir 60% Syrah 20% Tempranillo 20%. Spiced red currants, strawberries and mulberries lead to a juicy pallet with bunchy tannins.

Winemaking Notes

Fermented with various levels of whole bunch as separate parcels before being aged in 5 year old French oak puncheons. The wine was blended and lightly filtered before bottling in February 2022.
