Tasting Notes

A nose full of bright strawberries, citrus and underlying bakery aromas. It is an elegant wine with toasty brioche characters and well balanced acid.

Winemaking Notes

Both parcels of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay were handpicked and gently pressed to a stainless steel tank for cold settling. The wine was held on lees in tank and secondary fermentation was undertaken in bottle. The wine has spent three years on lees and has great bottle ferment characteristic.
