The palate is focused with lemon curd, stone fruit and classic Canberra acidity.
Handpicked fruit was gently whole bunch pressed and fermented in French oak barriques, 15% new. Once fermentation had taken place the wine was matured for 11 months in oak before being filtered and bottled in February 2022.
Spring started with persistent rain and cool temperatures. Summer brought a perfect ripening window getting pristine fruit over the line with forward aromatics and acid
