Chardonnay 100%. Vibrant quince and citrus with bakery notes develop into a fine palate and bead from bottle fermentation.
Delicate French oak frames grapefruit and flint aromas. The palate is focused with lemon curd, stone fruit and classic Canberra acidity.
The wine is fresh with strawberry and white peach aromas and the pallet dry with great natural acidity.
Sourced from Hilltops NSW this wine sees guava, nettles and soft lemon sherbet on the nose with a palate of vibrant melon and refreshing acidity.

Aromas of dark red fruits and soft violets. The pallet is medium-bodied with a delicate spice and tannin structure. Classic French oak provides freshness and length.
Sourced from the Creyke Vineyard in Young, Hilltops NSW. Beautifully spiced with dark cherries, the palate is quite tight, displaying red fruits and chalky tannins.

Pinot Noir 60% Syrah 20% Tempranillo 20%. Spiced red currants, strawberries and mulberries lead to a juicy pallet with bunchy tannins.
