Join us at the Smokehouse Restaurant to enjoy the Canberra Region’s most sought after winter ingredient, the truffle! Exective Chef, Adam Wilson has created a sensational four course menu paired with Poachers Vineyard wines. Featuring award winning Terra Preta Truffles and Blue Frog Truffles.
$130 per person. A Poachers wine and dry beverage pairing is available.
TIME: 6.30PM
PRICE: $130 per person, with an optional $38 wine pairing.
BOOKING TERMS:
A $65 per person pre authorisation is required at time of booking. For groups of 10+, a $65 per person deposit is required.
48 hours notice needed for cancellation or change in numbers.
